How can I edit my branding guideline?

Navigate to the branding guideline area of 1piece.social: http://1piecesocial.com/branding-guidelines/

Click EDIT on the branding guideline you would like to edit.

Apply you changes and then select SAVE. The edits to your branding guideline will be applied to your next order.

I have not received any confirmation emails from 1piece.social?

Please check your spam folder and ensure that support@1piecesocial.com has not been flagged as spam. Our emails may also appear inside your promotions or junk tab of your inbox.

Where can I change my password?

You can edit your password and contact details inside your Account Details section upon login which can be found here: http://1piecesocial.com/account/edit-account/

My Orders

Can I edit an order after I've placed it?

No, all orders are final as our team begins editing the order the moment it is placed to ensure a quick turn around for your business.

Can I request a change to my finished content once its ready?

Unfortunately not. We do urge you do ensure that your branding guidelines are filled out correctly to ensure the minimal amount of error.

What happens if I'm not happy with the designs?

Please provide us feedback via the Star Rating system inside the order confirmation email. Although we are unable to amend the current designs, we take all feedback seriously and will work to meet you expectations in the future.

What happens if I find a mistake in an article or email?

Please reach out to management through our Contact Page with your order number for a solution

I would like a refund.

Unfortunately we do not provide refunds and all sales a final.

Can I use content that isn’t mine?

No, you must have ownership or rights for all quotes, content, files, links and information that you share with 1piece.social.

What happens after I place an order?

Your job is assigned to one of our team members who then begin to design or transcribe or repurpose your content into other formats. This process can take up to 3 days however we aim for a quicker turnaround whenever possible.

I cant find a quote card template I like!

We are always on the look out for stunning quote cards that we can add to our Branding Questionnaire library. If you’ve seen a quote card you love and feel it should become an option for your branding questionnaire, then email it across at support@1piecesocial.com.com

How long does 1piece.social take?

Up to a maximum of 3 days for most orders.

Can I share my 1piece.social account?

Sharing is caring, of course!

Can I re-sell this service to my clients?

Of course! We urge you to re-sell 1piece.social to your clients whenever possible.

Can I become a 1peice.social affiliate?

Yes, we are working on adding this feature in the future.

How clear does my audio / video have to be?

Our team will transcribe your audio file for you in order to begin creating your quote cards, email campaigns and blog articles. The clearly the audio in the podcast the easier it will be for our team to copy word for word exactly what you’re saying into a text format.
